“Clean room, excellent staff, good food”

“Room was not clean. Headboard light was blown. Stains were on sofa and chair with trash under the sofa also. Sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. Stains on shower curtain. Floors were not vacuumed.”

“The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. I asked if the room could be on the lower level because I was having trouble walking and he was kind enough to make it happen. Room was very clean and looked recently remodeled.”

“The bed was quite low to the ground (difficult for my husband to get in and out of) and there was not enough room next to the bed for my husband to navigate with his walker. This is unusual for an accessible room. Otherwise, the staff, breakfast and facilities were lovely.”
